The Outdoor Activity Book: Nature Activities For Adults
Created in my third year of university as my Final Major Project, The Outdoor Activity book aims to help adults reduce stress through mindful nature activities that help them connect with nature. From walking journals and bat-watching, to dyeing fabrics with leaves and painting with blackberries, this book is perfect for those who want to slow down and take a break from everyday life.
The project is currently in development, with plans to be finished in early May. Below are drafts of the pages and front cover.
